Smoke. Depth. Fire.

How the flavor unfolds

01

First taste

Rich tomato and dark fruit arrive together, wrapped in a smoky, familiar barbecue warmth.

02

Through the smoke

Bright citrus brings contrast; basil adds an herbal turn that keeps the sauce lively.

03

The long ride

The burn gathers slowly and finishes hot. Give the first bite a moment before adding more.

The legend

The rider after the last cookfire

Some riders leave tracks. This one leaves embers. When the cookfires burn low and the road beyond the orchard disappears into smoke, Ghost Rider comes through without a word. His coat carries the scent of charred wood; his arrival is announced by a flame that refuses to go out.

The first taste is generous: tomato depth, dark fruit, and the familiar comfort of a smoky barbecue. Then the citrus cuts through, basil rises from the smoke, and the heat begins its long ride. It does not gallop past. It stays at the table.

This is the bottle for the last turn of the grill, the pulled pork passed around after sunset, and the burger that needs a little more character. The legend belongs to the label. The smoke belongs on your plate.

At the grill

Put the legend to work.

Glaze at the finish

Brush lightly over chicken near the end of grilling, then let the glaze settle over the char.

Build a smoky bite

Spoon onto a burger or fold a little into pulled pork. Taste before adding a second serving.

Keep the bottle ready

Shake well before serving and refrigerate after opening, as directed on the label.

Grilled chicken

Smoke meets crisp skin; citrus lifts a rich, savory bite.

Burgers

Tomato and dark fruit give the seared edge a deep barbecue finish.

Pulled pork

A little sauce brings smoke and lingering heat through the tender meat.

Grilled mushrooms

Earthy char makes a good counterpoint to fruit, basil, and fire.
